Prices All of our menu prices exclude VAT, it will then be charged where applicable in keeping with current VAT regulations. Payment We require all first orders be settled on the day of delivery by cheque or credit card. Following successful completion of your first order, we will be happy to set up a credit account. Please speak to our sales team on 0870 99 777 66. The payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. Orders Orders can be placed by phone from 8am until 5.30pm for next day delivery, orders can also be placed by fax or email at anytime. We are happy to process late orders received after 5pm for next day delivery or on the morning the food is required, however we cannot guarantee delivery time, or specific food selection, but we will endeavour to meet all your requirements. EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, NW1, WC2, and W2) we will deliver outside these postcodes but there may be a small charge, please call us to discuss your requirements. A flat rate fee of £1.00 per delivery will be added as a result of the Central congestion charge. Cancellations We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours. We prepare all food fresh on the day of delivery, if you are able to contact us before your food is prepared we will be able to cancel your order without charge. However, if the food has been prepared you will be subject to a full charge. How to Order Ordering could not be easier, once you have setup an account orders can be placed by phone, fax or email (Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm).
